The Chili Donut is brought to you by chef Aaron Robins and is three donut holes filled with tangy mustard, spicy chili and Kobe beef. Topped with shaved pickles, cheddar cheese and diced red onions. Available at Boneyard Bistro.

Bone marrow flan is an Anthony Bourdain favorite, available at Wolfgang Puck’s CUT Restaurant in The Beverly Wilshire Hotel.

Scorpions on toast was an interesting dish at Typhoon in Santa Monica, before they closed down.

Unfortunately, with Typhoon is Santa Monica shut down, they took all the chicken-stuffed water bugs with them.
