The Barrymore (Royal Resort, 702-407-5303) The Barrymore, a glamorous, old-school gourmet room, has become one of Las Vegas’ best-kept secrets. The unique space combines vintage Sin City swing with Hollywood sparkle and tasty classic cuisine.

L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon (MGM Grand, 702-891-7358) This bold yet minimal space may be the best place in the city to share small bites with a date. Lovers can dine on fare such as crispy langoustine fritters with basil pesto or pepper-coated beef tenderloin.

Scarpetta (The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, 702-698-7960) Scott Conant’s luxurious Italian restaurant is almost hidden in a quiet corner of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, all the better for guests to discover. Anchored by rustic cuisine, the space offers an outdoor terrace with an incredible view of the neighboring Bellagio fountain.

Sinatra and La Cave (Wynn Las Vegas, 702-248-3463) The Wynn Las Vegas is known for nightlife but there are still secluded, lovely hideaways to be enjoyed including the garden-side Italian retreat Sinatra, and the slinky wine bar La Cave.

Tetsu (Bar Masa at Aria Resort & Casino, 877-230-2742) A restaurant within a restaurant, Tetsu has reinvigorated the traditional Japanese teppan experience by stripping it down to its earth-and-sea essence. The amber-toned space will leave romantics feeling absolutely spoiled.
