If you know me, you know how much I adore sleep.

March 3-10th is National Sleep Week…so here are some dream tips, from A to Zzzz’s.

  • Rest fashionably. Studies have found that wearing socks to bed helps regulate your body temperature for a more satisfying night of rest.
  • Play it cool. Turn down the room temperature before climbing under the covers. A cooler room helps you fall asleep faster and stay rested longer.
  • Steam away stress. A hot shower or bath lowers your body temperature and signals your brain that it is time for sweet dreams.
  • You snooze, you lose. Hitting the snooze button every morning steals valuable moments of quality rest. Set your alarm clock later and relax longer.
