We got to go check out the super luxury, custom-home community of Golden Oak at Walt Disney World Resort on our recent trip to Orlando. What did we find? Only the best for those that get to experience the true meaning of excellent service and amenities.

1.) Customized legacy homes. Make the home of your dreams with hand-picked, custom craftsman. Each one of the 4 unique neighborhoods ( Carolwood, Silverbrook, Kimball Chase and Marceline) are all meant to be unique, yet complimentary to each other.

2.) Imagineering attention to details. The community was planned by Walt Disney Imagineering, who brings hallmark attention to the layout of the streets, pathways, attention to native materials and special features throughout. The creators of Disney Parks, Resorts and cruise ships, imagineers make sure every detail is taken care of.

3.) Summerhouse Country Club membership, which is a private 17,000 sq. ft country club, solely for residents of Golden Oak.  Home to the concierge, fitness center, heated outdoor swimming pool, game room, indoor/outdoor gathering areas, private lounge and fine dining restaurant Markham’s.

4.) Disney Perks, of course.  Each home will receive five complimentary Golden Oak Resident Passes each year for three years, plus Five Additional one-day theme park tickets with Park Hopper and Water Park Fun and More Option. The Golden Oak VIP passes include unlimited access to all the parks, complimentary parking, door-to-door park transportation, admission to Disney Water Parks, and Extra Magic Hours benefit.

5.) Golden Oak Concierge.  Golden Oak concierges happily make your dining reservations, coordinate private VIP tours, and help coordinate merchandise delivery. Whatever you may need, they are happy to help. (Shipping a dog from brazil and back? No problem.)  In-Park Special events are also available to residents like previews of Walt Disney World restaurants, special. breakfasts, etc.
