Canadian lifestyle and activewear brand, Lolë, has launched its first exclusive collection,WHITE BY LOLËTM. With fluid and flattering silhouettes carefully designed to make a woman look and feel good, the collection draws on the experience and high-fashion background of the brand’s Design Director, Andy Thê-Anh. Starting today, the entire collection can be purchased online by visiting lolewomen.com/whitebylole or Lolë Ateliers around the country and, as of Monday January 20th, it will be available on Nordstrom.com.

The creation of this exclusive collection is built upon the brand’s existing foundations and reimagines how yogawear can be experienced, specially created with designer details and refined fabrics of silk and cashmere for style, versatility and technical finesse. Unlike most of the brightly coloured seasonal collections from Lolë, the colour palette is a range of soft whites, ballet pink and creamy beige.

Inspired by yoga, every item of the WHITE BY LOLË collection is a reflection of the Lolë White TourTM and the teachers and practitioners who live and breathe its message of peace. The Lolë White Tour is a special event that has brought together over 20,000 people worldwide practicing yoga en mass in a powerful presentation of peace and unity. Bringing together the Lolë philosophies of community, wellness, active lifestyles and shared experiences, it is the image of thousands moving in unison that sparked the creative inspiration for this collection.

Three styles in particular have been inspired by Elena Brower, a renowned yoga teacher who has led past yoga sessions for the prestigious Lolë White Tour. “It was very inspiring to work on such a special collaboration with Elena. Through her leadership in the world of yoga and her seamless style transition from studio to street,” says Lolë Design Director, Andy Thê-Anh, “she authentically embodies the Lolë lifestyle and philosophies.”

The launch of WHITE BY LOLË furthers the brand’s devotion to one of its main philosophies: doing business while doing good. All profits of the collection will be given back to the communities visited by the Lolë White Tour in 2014. “The goal of these donations is to empower communities in their own wellness-based endeavors,” says VP of Marketing, Nathalie Binda. “Funding will be given back to community centres to support more of their own wellness programs and activities.”
