Top American couturier Dore returned to NYFW February 6th to showcase their new Ready to Wear and Evening Wear collections at The Empire Hotel Crystal Room.
Dore unveiled their first Ready to Wear collection, and their third season of evening wear. Known for impeccable quality and their partnership with Swarovski Elements, Dore’s RTW, Evening Wear and Evening Separates featured French corded lace, luxurious Italian stretch fabrics, English wool and cashmere knits, Indian silk, hand-painting and sumptuous designer weight jersey.
Dore, which you have probably seen on some of your favorite dancers, is also known for their exceptional Ballroom gowns and Performance Wear, and have dressed the Knicks City Dancers, Olympic Ice Dancers, stars of “So You Think You Can Dance”, as well as two upcoming reality shows on A & E. This past summer, in Broadway’s “Forever Tango”, Karina Smirnoff and Maxim Chermovsky were also dressed by Dore.
Dore Designs can be found on almost every Ballroom Dance floor in the fast-growing Pro-Amateur competition sphere – on world champions, finalists and dance novices. The company sponsors 42 professional Ballroom couples in the United States and Canada. Dore produces over 1,000 ballroom gowns a year, each unique and one-of-a-kind formed to the wearer’s explicit measurements and carriage.
