If you want to sample the fragrant dishes, Spirit House restaurant is open for lunch daily and dinner from Wednesday to Saturday however the hands on cooking classes are always a popular option. Available daily as well as a couple of evening classes, the Spirit House cooking school offers intimate cooking lessons limited to just 16 people. Designed as a fun way to meet new people, the classes allow you to learn some impressive culinary skills and demystify some of the more potent Thai ingredients such as chilli, ginger, kaffir lime, turmeric and lemongrass.

With senior chefs heading off on Asian food tours each year to hone their skills and gather new inspiration and ideas, you can be sure that you’re not only learning from the best, but learning a unique blend of traditional and more modern methods and recipes.  This famous cooking school offers 4 hour classes beginning at 9.30am or 4.30pm and provides everything you need to cook up a storm and have a great time, including complimentary beer and wine.
