Grace Bay Resorts, in partnership with the Turks & Caicos Tourist Board Association, is excited to host the Fourth Annual Caribbean Food & Wine Festival.  The highly anticipated, weekend-long celebration of Caribbean culture and cuisine will take place November 6-8, 2014 in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos, bringing together expert guest and local chefs and outstanding food and wine for an unparalleled culinary experience in the Caribbean.

Each year, the festival welcomes an impressive group of internationally and locally renowned chefs.  The 2014 chef line-up will be announced later this summer, but past guests have included New York City’s famed Christina Tosi of Momofuku Milk Bar, Iron Chef-Super Chef Beau MacMillan, Tiffany Derry, fan favorite from Season 7 of Bravo’s ‘Top Chef,’ and Xoliswa Ndoyiya, Nelson Mandela’s personal chef for more than 20 years, as well as esteemed winemakers, including Tuck Beckstoffer and the “first lady of wine,” Heidi Barrett.

A not-for-profit event, the Caribbean Food & Wine Festival benefits the Department for Youth Affairs and the island’s “Little Chefs” mentor program, which encourages young local chefs to pursue careers in hospitality.  The 2013 festival raised an estimated $50,000 for the program.

Guests at this year’s festival will spend the weekend experiencing the unique Caribbean culture and cuisine influenced by the islands and created by internationally-acclaimed chefs. Events to look forward to include the always popular “Gourmet Safari” progressive dining experience throughout Providenciales, Food & Wine Pairing events hosted by guest chefs, and a locally-inspired Street Food Fair.
