Fall in Love With These Cocktails by Celebrity Caterer Andrea Correale

With summer still lurking around, we are all looking forward to that time of year when we can just slip on our boots and hear the crinkling of the leaves while sipping on our pumpkin flavored drinks outside.

In honor of the fall season approaching, Celebrity Caterer and Founder & President of Elegant Affairs, Andrea Correale, has created a few tasty concoctions using your favorite fall flavors including crisp apples, rich maple syrup and the ever-popular pumpkin spice. Andrea has catered to some of the most discerning palates including Mariah Carey, Jimmy Fallon, Kevin Spacey, and Liam Neeson, so you can trust that these cocktails are sure to satisfy!

The Hot Apple Pie is comprised of hot apple cider and Tuaca liqueur for a hint of citrus and vanilla.

Ingredients:

2 oz Tuaca (which is an Italian liqueur with deep roots and a wonderful citrus and vanilla hint)

Hot apple cider

Whipped cream

Cinnamon stick for garnish

Preparation:

Pour the Tuaca in an Irish coffee glass.

Fill with hot apple cider.

Top with whipped cream.

Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

The Arabesque, a bourbon based cocktail made with fig and bay leaf marmalade, honey, lemon juice and with hibiscus grenadine to brighten up the boozy flavors.

Ingredients:

3 oz Bourbon
1 tsp fig and bay leaf marmalade
0.5 oz honey
0.5 oz lemon juice
1-2 tsp hibiscus grenadine to brighten up the boozy flavors.

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice

Strain out into a glass filled with ice and garnish with figs

The S¹moretini, which includes vodka, chocolate liqueur, graham crackers to line the rim, and roasted miniature marshmallows as a garnish.

Ingredients: 

32 oz. Vodka

16 oz. Chocolate Liqueur

1 sleeve graham crackers (or more if needed)

1 jar marshmallow creme (Marshmallow Fluff)

1 bag wooden skewers

1bag miniature marshmallows

Preparation:

Pour vodka and chocolate liqueur into a 64 ounce pitcher and stir.

Refrigerate for several hours until very cold.

Crush graham crackers and place into a small bowl. Rim 16 martini glasses with marshmallow creme. Dip glasses into graham cracker crumbs and shake gently to remove excess.

Place marshmallows on skewers and toast over an open flame (grill or fire pit preferably). Pour 3 ounces of cold drink mixture into each prepared glass and garnish with toasted marshmallow.

The Winds of Fall, another bourbon based cocktail which utilizes maple syrup, organic apple juice, passion fruit juice, campari, lemon juice and honey which has a crisp autumnal flavor.

Ingredients: 

2 oz Bourbon
0.5oz lemon juice
0.5oz maple syrup
1 oz fresh organic apple juice
1 oz passion fruit juice
1Ž4 oz campari
1t honey

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice

Put into a glass and garnish with apple slices

The Pumpkin Martini, a boozy version of a thanksgiving favorite, which uses Sylk cream liqueur, vanilla vodka, pumpkin liqueur or pumpkin spice syrup, whipped cream and a cinnamon stick for garnish.

Ingredients:

1/2 oz Sylk Cream Liqueur

2 oz vanilla vodka

1/2 oz pumpkin liqueur or pumpkin spice syrup

Whipped cream

Cinnamon stick for garnish

Preparation:

Pour the Sylk Liqueur and vodka into a shaker filled with ice.

Shake well.

Add the pumpkin liqueur or syrup.

Shake again.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Top with a teaspoon of whipped cream.

Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
