Latin Inspired Cocktails for Late Summer

Ancho Mango from Rock & Reilly’s NYC

1 ¼  oz Tito’s Vodka

¾  oz Ancho Reyes Liqueur

½ oz lemon juice

¾ oz mango puree

2 basil leaves, 1 thin jalapeno slice

2 dashes spiced chocolate bitters

Shake/strain into rocks glass with fresh ice, splash ginger rale

Garnish: floating jalapeno slice

2 Slices Fresno Chile

2 oz. Espolon Reposado Tequila

1 oz. Funkin’ Passion Fruit Puree

1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

1/2 oz. Agave Syrup

Build: Add all ingredients into mixing tin. Add ice and shake vigorously. Now strain over fresh ice, into a big martini glass.

Glass: Big Martini

Garnish: Half cinnamon sugar rim, fresno chili horns, lime spiral

1800 Silver Tequila

Ancho

 

Reyes Liqueur

Fresh Lime Juice

Simple Syrup

Desperado from Libre

1 oz. Casa Noble Crystal Tequila

3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

3 oz. House Made Sangrita or Store Bought

4 oz. Modelo Especial

Build: Add all ingredients into mixing tin, except for Modelo Especial. Add ice and shake vigorously. Now add 4 oz. Modelo Especial into mixing tin, and strain over ice.

Glass: Pilsner with 3/4 of ice.

Garnsih: Rosemary Sprig, Lime Wheel, Tajin Rim

Hit and Run from The Hudson

For the Infused Milagro Tequila:

1 litre bottle of Milagro Blanco Tequila

6 chopped serrano peppers

1 3⁄4 oz Serrano Infused Milagro

1⁄2 oz Passion fruit puree

1⁄2 oz Lime

1⁄2 oz Agave Build: Shake and strained into glass.

Glass: 10oz rocks glass with a large cube of ice.

Garnish: Lime wheel garnish.

2oz Casa Amigos Tequila

1oz Passion Fruit puree

.5oz Fresh Jalepeno/ Lime

1 teaspoon Agave

Build: Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass over a Strawberry Jalapeno Ice-Sphere, Garnish with Strawberry-Lime

Picante Passion from STK LA

2 oz Tequila

.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice

.5 oz Simple Syrup

4 Watermelon Cubes

1 Slices Red Chili Pepper

Build: Muddle red chili and watermelon.  Add Purity Vodka, lime and simple.  Shake and strain on the rocks in a Tajin rimmed glass.
