Calling All Vintage Fashionistas: Morphew Sample Sale November 9th

Morphew, the high-end vintage clothing archive of over 5,000 rare fabrics and designs, founded by Bridgette Morphew and Jason Lyon, is moving to a new location, and to celebrate, are holding an unprecedented moving sale where the majority of perfectly restored archive pieces will be available for under $100.

Morphew is one of Nicole Richie, Kate Moss, and Kim Kardashian’s favorite luxury vintage stores, and some of the sale pieces include designers Emanuel Ungaro, Giorgio Sant Angelo, Karl Lagerfeld, Gianfranco Ferre, available for under $100. Morphew is frequented by design houses who scour the racks of vintage Halston, Schiaparelli, Moschino, and Chanel pieces for inspiration.

 

The one-of-a-kind sale will feature pieces over 1,000 pieces from various decades, but expect to see a lot of Victorian lace, art deco dresses and prints and form fitting frocks from the 1950’s. Over 1,000 samples, collected by the founders over the past 15 years and while the majority will be affordable, there will be the chance to snap up some of the high-end vintage pieces that the duo are known for sourcing so get their early to see a Emanuel Ungaro, Giorgio Sant Angelo, Karl Lagerfeld, Gianfranco Ferre.

Alongside the highly curated collection of rare pieces that are kept in their original form, Bridgette and Jason founded Morphew Lab – a place where antique fashion, contextual history, future trends and technology meet.
