Norwegian Air has announced that it plans to offer $69 flights from the United States to Europe in 2017. These fare would apply one-way from the U.S. to Europe, but we are crossing our fingers on great deals on return flights. With all of the money you saved on airfare, splurge on accommodations or entertainment.

Norwegian Air CEO Bjorn Kjos has commented that average round-trip fares (which includes airfare to more expensive destinations) would cost in the ballpark of $300-$350.
