The weather today was unbelievably warm! Trying to decided between brunch in the city or a friend’s party in Malibu, I opted to stay in the city due to the time constraints of a 4:45pm flight. Stopped by one of my favorite little Melrose Boutiques, Unica, which carries my favorite SKY dresses and True Religion jeans, and picked up two new dresses. Brunch was at Fred Segal Melrose, the trendy, LA shopping hot spot. The building is beautiful, and the casual diner had a great atmosphere and laid back vibe. You know your in LA when the lunch menu is 2/3 alcohol! Had the extremely healthy almond chicken salad, with a glass of Summerland Chardonnay. The place was absolutely packed. A hop, skip, and a jump away, I found myself 45 minutes later in Sin City, and had to meet my friends at The Palms Hotel and Casino. I’ve been very lucky to join their personal agency of promotional models, where we promote all things Palms, Palms Place, and Sacramento Kings. They have been very good to me and I have met some amazing people along the way!
