Sand Workouts 2010

Enjoy the great outdoors for spring and summer! Feel younger, stronger, leaner and healthier. Inhale oxygen from a refreshing beach breeze rather than the stuffy “air” of a gym. Exhale all of your tension and stress in front of the ocean. The class is from beginners to advanced students through an interval training session on the sand. Challenge or pace yourself.

ABOUT THE MEET UP CLASS:

•    Lose weight and get in shape on the sand
•    Prepare to sweat, climb stairs, jog and train with medicine balls
•    Interval training with drills, yoga stretching, plyometrics and pilates movements
•    Sculpt your body and get lean
•    Improve posture and sleep better
•    Stretch and meditate during our post workout
•    Enjoy tasty (vegetarian/vegan) meals
•    Bring your own vegan dish (optional)

FREE PARKING on Alta Ave. and Ocean Ave.

WHAT TO BRING:
Large beach towel, 5-8 lb. medicine ball, water. IF you don’t have a medicine ball, please let us know and we will provide one. You will need to own a medicine ball for this class.
