It seems like it is always fashion week, some where in the world, and this week it happens to be India.
Fashion Designer Payal Singhal recently presented her latest Summer/Resort collection called “Taj” at India’s Lakme Fashion Week. The collection is inspired by the fine detailing and intricate patterns of filigree and floral work inlays seen in Eastern architecture. Payal Singhal has chosen to combine contemporary urban silhouettes, hand woven Indian textiles and exquisite fine design. This collection includes detailed contemporary looks that’s incorporated with Indian design. Silhouettes include: asymmetric tunics, brocade work pants, velvet harem pants, gowns in embellished designs of gold and silver pattern work.
