Tomorrow kicks off India’s Lakme Fashion Week, and designer Payal Singhal’s campaign for her upcoming collection “Char Bagh”  (translated as four Persian-style garden layouts) features whimsical, detailed pieces that bring together the East and the West. Her designs embody “Mumbai Meets New York” with the use of deep and neutral colors as well as intricate detailing.
