Living in Miami, Florida is nice, but if you can get an expensive and luxurious condo, it’s going to be an even better experience. Real estate prices have gone through the roof over the last few decades. The result? It’s hard to find something for merely a million dollars anymore. And some are even as high as $50 million or more!
Still, it can be fun to take a look at the how the other half lives. This is why we’ve put together a list of some of the most expensive condos in Miami, Florida. Be prepared to be blown away by some of the prices – especially the smaller units that make you pay more for the view and exclusivity.
Here’s a look at ten of the most expensive condos in Miami and surrounding areas. Hint: the better the view, the higher the price!
17749 COLLINS AVE # PH47 – Located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, this 15,000 sq. ft. condo goes for a cool $55,000,000. Yes, that’s millions of dollars. However, once you see the building and read the list of amenities, you’re going to understand.
9701 COLLINS AV # 1701+ – This condo is in Bal Harbour, Florida. At just under $30 million, it’s expensive but it’s one of the nicer places to live on the beach – not to mention all the extras. 14,000 sq ft to call home!
605 LINCOLN RD # PH1 – This expensive condo is located in Miami Beach and also goes for around $30 million. With 10 bedrooms and 10 full baths – not to mention all the half-baths – for many it’s worth the money for 20,000 sq ft.
