They packed The Pavilion at Lincoln Center to the brim for the 4pm showing of gorgeous Puerto Rican designer Luis Antonio’s ready-to-wear collection. As the lights dimmed and the music started, the burst of modern red, white and blues in intricate patterns overtook the runway.

In the business for over 20 years, the focus for this collection was soft, feminine with classic shapes. Full skirts grazed the runway, and soft creams and beiges were accented with slight hints of shimmer and beading. Everything was lady-like and sophisticated, without losing its vibrant edge.

The models looked angelic with highlighted cheeks and dewey makeup. The soft waves were tied back, creating a demure look.

One thing that sets Antonio apart from other designers is his dedication to charity. He has done partnerships with the Ricky Martin Foundation, the American Society for Cancer, and the Alas a la Mujer Foundation among others. His celebrity clientele includes Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, Don Omar, Amaury Nolasco(Prison Break), Jennifer Morrison (House) Roselyn Sanchez, Paulina Rubio and many more.
