HAIG CLUB, a new Single Grain Scotch Whisky produced in partnership with David Beckham and entrepreneur Simon Fuller has officially launched.
On October 4th, a private dinner held by Fuller and Beckham, and attended by Victoria Beckham, commemorated the global launch of HAIG CLUB in the heart of Scotland on the outskirts of Edinburgh. Beckham and Fuller had the opportunity to personally introduce friends to the whisky and the brand that they have helped create.
The evening began at 7pm and guests were welcomed in to cocktail hour in the decadent drawing room of the Gilmerton house, where they were served Haig Club cocktails including the Clubman and the Haig Club Rose fizz.
An intimate seven-course dinner curated by Michelin star Tom Kitchin was served, with Tom personally introducing the dinner to guests and hosts Beckham and Fuller.

- Amuse bouche – seasonal
- Scallops – hand-dived scallops baked in the shell served with a white wine and wild herb sauce
- Lobster – half Newhaven lobster cooked a la Plancha and finished with escargot butter
- Roe deer -saddle of Gilmerton house row deer served with seasonal autumn fruits
- Cheese -selection of British cheese served with home-made fruit bread
- Sorbet – seasonal
- Haig Club Panna Cotta with Scottish thyme shortbread – created by guest Gordon Ramsay
