With the holiday season in full swing, come with it the standard holiday cocktails: spiked eggnog, hot toddies and various peppermint-flavored mixtures.
This time around, celebrate another remarkable year gone by and toast to your loved ones with a cocktail unlike any other.
The BACARDI Ocho Nieves is a standout cocktail, incorporating some of the season’s favorite flavors by using unique ingredients. The cocktail begins with a longtime rum-drinkers favorite: BACARDI Gran Reserva Ocho Años, a super-premium mixing rum, and is then complemented by unusual liqueurs including Cacao Prieto, which provides a rich chocolate flavor, and Sorel, a sweetened, wheat-based spirit which combines Moroccan Hibiscus, Nigerian ginger and Brazilian clove. Finally, Maraschino liqueur rounds out the drink with a subtle bitter almond flavor and is followed by a brandy cherry for an elegant garnish.
