The 13th annual Aspen Antiques, Jewelry & Fine Art Fair (July 2 – 10, 2016) kicks off the season when the town will come alive with visitors who have a passion for discovering rare, museum-caliber treasures and new frontiers in art, jewelry, and antiques. This year’s extended show, which lasts eight days, begins over Independence Day weekend and will showcase tens of millions of dollars worth of treasures. Admission is $20 and all proceeds will benefit The Shining Stars Foundation, a local non-profit.
More than 30 international exhibitors will offer a stunning selection of the finest art, antiques, furniture, silver, jewelry, and antiques from around the world. The show promises to draw thousands of collectors, curators, investors, interior designers, and art and history lovers who are eager to view and purchase these unique and coveted offerings.
The city has long offered the finest level in cultural events ranging from art, design, music and the culinary arts to educational discourse, fashion, and philanthropy. It is a vibrant arts-oriented community comprised of 25 galleries open all year around, a well-respected museum and a world-famous arts cultural center. August, visitors can peruse contemporary offerings at the 7th annual Art Aspen, and enjoy cultural-inspired fundraisers like the Aspen Art Museum’s ArtCrush and Anderson Ranch’s art auction.
