Guests will stay at Antica Corte Pallavicina. a rustic-chic restaurant with rooms set on a grand, old-world farm with a dairy and 14th-century wine and salami cellars. Antica Corte Pallavicina was built by the Pallavicina family during the Renaissance and the Spigaroli brothers who now run the place produce delicious Culatelli di Zibello and other exclusive cured meats which are left to age in the ancient cellars below the property. The brothers also produce excellent wines, which enhance the restaurant’s gourmet dishes, prepared by Michelin-starred Chef Massimo Spigaroli.
Chef Spigaroli also offers a special cooking class course to teach guests how to prepare some of the restaurant’s famous dishes.
