Debuting on Friday, June 22 from 8-11pm at The Battery Gardens, consumers will be invited to forage the enchanting grounds and experience Hollywood’s “Most Influential Stylist” Kate Young’s first-ever immersive installation – a creative collaboration with St-Germain Elderflower liqueur.
With several other surprises in store, Isabella Summers (Florence + The Machine) will DJ while tantalizing hors d’oeuvres and St-Germain cocktail pairings are served throughout. A portion of the ticket sales will be donated to The Battery Conservancy.
This summer, attendees will be welcomed to explore the many wonders of Kate Young’s exquisite affair, inspired by the lavish parties of the early 1920s as portrayed in F. Scott Fitzgerald’s “The Beautiful and Damned.” Harnessing her unique eye to reimagine the 1,000 hand-picked elderflowers in every bottle of St-Germain, Kate will transform The Battery into a surrealist oasis inviting guests to forage their own path through the enchanting grounds. ST-GERMAIN ELDERFLOWER SPRITZ
2 oz Martini & Rossi Prosecco
1.5 oz St-Germain French elderflower liqueur
2 oz sparkling Water
Fill a tall Collins glass with ice. Add Martini & Rossi first, then St-Germain, then Club Soda (the order is essential). Stir completely and garnish with a lemon twist.
THÉ ROUGE
0.75 oz St~Germain French elderflower liqueur
0.75 oz bacardi 4
4 oz Roobois tea
1 dash lemon essential oil
Build in a highball and garnish with lemon wheel & raspberries like a traditional ice tea
BRIN VERT
1 oz Oxley gin
0.75 oz St~Germain mix *equal part St~Germain & coconut water + pinch of malic acid.
0.5 tio pepe
2 dashes absinthe
1 dash celery
Stirred
Serve in a cold Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with nasturtium green leave
