Langham Place, New York and Ai Fiori, are collectively presenting White Truffle Weekend during November 10-12, part of New York City’s very own White Truffle Festival, presented by Urbani Truffles and Prunotto Wines, in partnership with Altamarea Group, the family of restaurants that includes Ai Fiori.
White Truffle Weekend is the perfect way to experience the very best of this city-wide celebration, while luxuriating in the most spacious guest rooms found in New York City. This will allow for easy access to three of the main events associated with the White Truffle Festival, all of which will take place over the weekend of November 10-12 at Ai Fiori, the Michelin-starred restaurant located on Langham Place’s 2nd floor. – The White Truffle Wine Dinner, Friday, November 10 at 7 pm. A seven-course white truffle tasting menu prepared by Chef Scott Schneider, paired with the most exquisite wines from Prunotto’s Piedmont portfolio. ($750 USD per person.)
– The NYC White Truffle Festival, Saturday, November 11 at 7 pm. A reception in the style of the Piemontese White Truffle Festivals in Italy, with interactive food stations showcasing truffles with Ai Fiori’s famed pasta dishes, passed canapes, wines from Antinori’s Prunotto and live music. General Admission tickets are available as well as VIP passes which allow for early entrance, a gift bag, a meet-and-greet with Chef Michael White and access to a special VIP truffle lounge courtesy of Urbani. – Sunday Truffle Brunch, Sunday, November 12 at 11 am and 1 pm (two seatings). This buffet brunch will feature truffle-adorned omelets and entrees – including Truffle Eggs Benedict – along with a raw bar, chilled lobster, caviar, fresh fruits and cheeses. ($150 USD per person.)
