It’s almost like Groundhog’s Day this week with everyday featuring lunch at least 20 miles from my house,  stops at Flight 001, and a hard core gym workout.

Tuesday:

Lunch is at Toast; the hot spot LA eatery on 3rd that usually has a mile long line out the door. Met up with 2 of my best jet setting girlfriends, as we talked about current relationships, LA living situations, parasites in Egypt, blogging, stalkers, and the usual. Topic of the day is discussing new book ideas and brainstorming on titles and chapters. Quick stop next door to the ultra-cool Flight 001 to pick up great little travel items like the wrinkle free spray and all natural jet lag pills. Not only will these come in handy for Europe later this summer, but the South Korea trip I am working on!

Workout= pilates.

Wednesday:

Lunch is at Absolutely Phobulous in West Hollywood. Besides straying to downtown for proper Asian food, this place does it pretty well. Had “the usual” of a Vietnamese spring roll, and a bowl of Pho. After a conversation about all the cool travel items I scored yesterday, it was back to Flight 001, where I added silver toothbrushes, Marvis whitening toothbrushes, and guides to Paris and Florence to my travel collection.

Workout= spinning and abs.

Thursday:

Today I couldn’t bear the though of fighting traffic for an hour to get to lunch, so I skipped it and opted for somewhere close by.

Workout= more spinning.
