Travel: Tsaina Lodge, Alaska

tsaina-lodge6

My former home, Alaska is a great place for exotic summer getaways.
Tsaina Lodge, a luxury remote lodge in Valdez Alaska  is opening its doors for its inaugural summer season. Explore the natural beauty of nature with up close and personal  sea kayak visits to Columbia Glacier, one of the fastest moving glaciers on the planet and also melting at an alarming rate. (Unfortunately you can add it to the list of disappearing travel sites as it being plagued by global warming).
This area of Alaska has been known as a fishing Mecca for more than a century.  At Tsaina Lodge guests are transported via helicopter access to the most remote fishing waters around Valdez’s Thompson Pass fishing for King Salmon, Chinook, Coho, Rainbow Trout and then off to the deep seas of Prince William Sound to lure Halibut.
Need other reasons to go?
