Whatever your reason for flying, no matter whether it is for business or pleasure, everyone will have to make a decision about the mode of transport they take to the airport. For many people the thought of getting to the airport is one that makes them groan. Oftentimes the route to the airport is busy and congested and the car parks are generally overpriced and in a poor condition. In order to have the best possible experience about travel to the airport, here is an overview of your travel options to different cities in the US.

LAX

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

Public transportation in and around LA is known to be pretty poor. Therefore if your travels must for you to get yourself to LAX you are best off driving your own car. There is a car park within the airport but you can expect to pay a minimum of around  to stay there for 24 hours. The best option when it comes to parking for LAX is certainly to make use of off site facilities, of which there are plenty to choose each with competitive prices and good security. Examples include Marriot and Hilton but CheapAirportParking.org for a comprehensive list of off site LAX parking options and their rates.

Miami International Airport (MIA)

Off site parking after haven driven yourself to the airport is again the recommended option at MIA. There isn’t such a long list of options as there is for the likes of LAX but what is available are very convenient and affordable. Sheraton and Embassy suits are probably the best two choices for off site parking at MIA and both of them are a very short shuttle ride of no longer than minutes to reach the airport.

John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK) and La Guardia Airport (LGA)

The parking situation at these two airports is very similar and public transport is by far the best option. When heading from Manhattan taking a train or taxi will be a considerably cheaper and more pleasant experience as the parking options both on and off site at these airports are incredibly expensive. Furthermore at LGA in particular the car park is very poor considering the costs incurred.

Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)

EWR parking is quite a different story from that of JFK and LGA and for this airport your best option is definitely off site parking. Drive there in your own car and then chose from a wide variety of options all of which offer very competitive rates. Hilton, which provides parking for a very affordable $6.95 per day, offers one of the best options.

Orlando International Airport (MCO)

AT MCO off site parking is once again the recommended option for travelling to this airport. There are a number of options all in near to the airport and they each offer very affordable prices. Check CheapAirprtParking.org for a full list of off site parking options and their rates.
